Blastox ® Blasting Media
Blastox® is used in conjunction with other abrasives to stabilize lead paint on abrasive blasting projects, thereby rendering the spent abrasive waste non-hazardous for lead according to the TCLP test. This allows the waste to be classified as a non-hazardous waste, avoiding the high cost of hazardous waste generation, transportation & disposal.
